The Platform is a digital environment whose purpose is to encourage the development of professional talent within the BBVA Group by allowing users to send their CVs through the "Connect with us" section to apply for a job, as well as to register for the job offers published on the Platform so that BBVA or the BBVA Group entities that publishes the offer can contact the user in the selection processes that are carried out, including collaboration with different universities and higher education institutes where they can offer educational internships to enjoy a first-hand experience in one of the largest financial institutions. The user can access information on the various international job opportunities published on the following specific portals:

The requirements and selection processes for the job offers may vary depending on the geography where the post is published, each one of them being subject to the procedure established by the BBVA Group entity that publishes the job offer in accordance with the provisions of each Specific Portal. Below is a link to the list of BBVA Group entities that publish job offers on the Platform: Companies ("BBVA Group Entity(ies)").

3. What is it for and how do I create a user profile? Is it necessary to have a user profile to register for a job offer?
The creation of a profile in the name and/or on behalf of another person is prohibited.
3.2.- In the My Profile section the user can view and edit the data provided, include a profile photo, as well as view the status of the application for a specific job in which he/she has registered.
3.3.- In order to register for a job offer on a Specific Portal, it is not necessary for the user to have a user profile. Notwithstanding the above, certain geographical areas, such as the United States, may require the creation of a profile or additional aspects in order to register for a job offer, so the user will have to follow the specific procedures established in the Specific Portal.
4. What requirements do I have to meet and how do I register for an offer?
4.1.- In order to register for a free of charge offer published on a Specific Portal, the user must fulfil the following conditions:

Likewise, the Candidate may include his/her letter of presentation and any other additional document that he/she considers appropriate for the specific application.
4.2.- Once a user has registered for a job offer, the Candidate will receive a notification via email to inform him/her about your registration. Registration for a job offer is subject to the selection process carried out by the BBVA Group Entity that publishes the job offer, and does not give the Candidate any right to enter into an employment contract or any commitment to be selected by the BBVA Group Entity.
4.3.- The Candidate can not register for a job offer on the Platform in the name and/or on behalf of another person.
5. Who is the owner of the Platform?
5.1.- Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria, S.A. ("BBVA") is the legitimate licensee of the intellectual and industrial property rights over the Platform and the owners or legitimate licensees of the elements it contains and includes at all times, including materials, articles, news, brands, content layout, computer programs and sui generis rights over the underlying databases (including source and object codes), the graphic design and user interface (look & feel), as well as the different elements that make up the Application (texts, graphics, photographs, videos, recordings, etc.) (the "BBVA Contents").
5.2.- Access to the Platform does not grant the Platform user any rights over the intellectual and/or industrial property rights to the BBVA Contents.
5.3.- BBVA reserves the right to take legal action against Platform users for the infringement of intellectual and/or industrial property rights over BBVA Contents.
6. What is the personal data protection policy?
7. Is there any reservation of rights?
7.1.- BBVA reserves the right to partially or totally modify these Terms and Conditions, as well as to include new ones. The new Terms and Conditions will be shown to the Platform user through the same. The user may consult these Terms and Conditions at any time on the Platform.
7.2.- BBVA reserves the right to update, modify or eliminate the information contained on the Platform, and may even limit or deny access to said information, without prior notice. In particular, BBVA reserves the right to eliminate, limit or prevent access to the Platform when technical difficulties arise due to events or circumstances beyond the control of BBVA which, in its opinion, diminish or annul the standard security levels adopted for the proper functioning of said Platform, informing the Platform user accordingly.
8. What are the obligations and responsibilities arising from the use of the Platform?
8.1.- The user of the Platform agrees to make use of it in accordance with the following provisions:

9. How can the user cancel a user profile and/or unsubscribe from a job offer?
9.1.- The user can deactivate his profile via the "My Profile" section by clicking on "Options", "Edit Profile" and checking the option "Deactivate and anonymize My Profile".
9.2.- The user can cancel his registration to a job offer registered through the section "My Profile" within the offer itself by clicking on "unsubscribe from the selection process".
