Description


Responsible for developing strategies to drive in-branch performance and the coordinator position will assist these efforts through communications (via power point, intranet/newsletter articles, memos, etc.), gaining field feedback (via direct calls/emails/surveys to Branch employees), monthly cascade presentations (via coordination of power point decks through submission of slides by product and segment managers) and more.

Responsibilities



    Coordinate the monthly Retail sales cascade communications through the development of creative and professional power point presentations, newsletter or intranet articles and talking points on relevant topics.
    Partner with segment managers and possibly other lines of business to design and implement specific tools (which may include scripting, training or processes) to improve performance in the various programs.
    Provide project level support (specifically tracking and organizational support) to segment managers as needed to include: quarterly sales campaigns, marketing strategies and plans for new segment initiatives.
    Work with analytics and product management teams to track and support segment initiatives.
    Use analysis of results to continually improve programs and identify new opportunities.

Education/Experience

Bachelor's Degree (BA, BS, etc.) in Business or a related field required with Three (3) years of related experience. Work experience may substitute for education requirement.
